We are based in the United States in Miami, FL \\ Shipping from Dothan, AL

✧How long does it take to process my order?We typically ship orders out within 1-7 days. 

✧Do you sheep internationally? 

Yes! Sticker-only orders will be sent untracked via letter mail in efforts to reduce shipping costs for Canada/International customers. You still have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping if you'd like for a extra fee.  All tracked orders will be replaced if lost. Due to COVID-19, USPS has suspended service to some countries. 

✧Will there be any custom fee?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We cannot mark international orders with a lower value or as a gift to avoid customs and/or taxes because this is illegal in the US. 

✧How long does shipping takes?

 This is an approximate delivery schedule. These timelines may be sooner or later depending on your location and postal service provider.United States: 1-2 weeks 
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Everywhere Else: 3-12 weeks 

✧I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address? what now? 

 If your order has not already shipped, we can fix that for you! Please send us a message via the contact form or email us at info@cutesycoco.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
